Very brief today, just wanted to give you notice about interest rates. They are moving in the right direction for your clients and borrowers right now. The volatility in the stock market last week moved rates again lower. So it’s a good opportunity for people to take advantage.
If you have a client database that you haven’t touched in a while, wouldn’t be a bad idea to reach out to them. Just make sure that they’ve explored what a lower rate could do for them. It’s an opportunity for people to lower their monthly payments, set themselves up to be debt-free sooner.
Some people are also dipping into their equity to pay off their bills, home improvements, that type of transaction.
