This class is offered remotely and requires a camera for anyone attending the class. You will receive the Zoom login information in an email the day before class.

Students are required to be in an environment conducive to learning when taking a live remote course for CE credit. You will need to be in a quiet location, free from distractions and must be on camera during all instructional periods. Students are required to be in full-face view and stationary. We suggest sitting at a desk or table, so you can be visibly engaged during the class. The instructor and/ or monitor must be able to maintain both visual and audio contact at all times. Students are not permitted to attend a class using a mobile device.

Please login 10 to 15 minutes before class begins to ensure that you are able to resolve any technical issues.

Class Objectives

Upon completion of this course, the licensee will understand the ongoing changes in the mortgage qualification process and the loan programs available to borrowers. This course will enable the licensee to assist in educating consumers about the mortgage programs available and assist the licensee to avoid common errors about financing.
