Good morning! Tom Heath with the Heath Team at Nova Home Loans. Today is October 12th and this is our weekly installment of Mortgage and Real Estate Matters.
Today, we’re going to talk a little bit about business planning as we start to get ready for an interesting 2021. We’re all doing things a little bit differently and many of us aren’t exactly sure how that’s going to translate as we move our business into the next year.
There is a group here in town called by Vib’n and I met them through Local First Arizona, and they do a lot of work with small business owners about this shift. They’ve got five key topics that they think every business should focus on as they wrap up 2020 and begin planning 2021.
I’ve invited them for a Zoom call this Thursday at 9 a.m. to discuss those five items. It’s a brief overview, their program is pretty in-depth and very personalized. But on Thursday, if you’ve got 25 minutes, they’re going to spend five minutes on each topic, The 5×5, and give you an idea of what their program consists of. There’s no cost for this event, it’s something we think is important for small businesses and Real Estate Agents and appreciate the folks from Vib’n willing to spend a little time with us.
